THE ACCURATE VASTU WITH REMEDIES (Part 2)

The right Vastu can bring luck, properity, health, happiness and bliss. The most Accurate Vastu is suggested here which is beneficial to all, you just keep these basic points in your mind-
1. Tube-well and water tank should be in the North-East direction.
2. Bed Room and Stairs should be in the South direction.
3. Pooja Room (Place of worship) should be in the North-East direction.
4. The kitchen, Guest Room and Living Room should be in the South-East direction.
5. Bathroom, Balcony, Main Door (Entrance) of the House and Porch should be in the East direction.
6. Toilet and the Septic tank should be in the South or the West direction.
7. There should be a clean and an open space; like big windows and high doors in the North and the East directions. The West and the South directions should be covered and beset with rather thick-high walls, big trees etc., You may also put some heavy things and articles; like big boxes or almiras there. Moreover, the center of the house should be wide open and full of Sun-light and fresh air. The North-East direction should be kept light and clean.
8. The Balcony and the Fountain should be kept in the North or the East direction.
9. Study Room (or Library), Kids' Room and Dining Area should be in the West direction.
10. Garage, Store Room and Stairs should be in the North-West direction.
11. Scrap Room (Kabaarkhana) should be in the South-West direction.
12. The Drawing Room, Living Room and Office should be in the North direction.
13. While sleeping keep your head always in the South or the East direction.
14. Keep your Dressing Table and Telephone in the North or the East direction.
15. Keep your T.V. in the South or the West direction.
16. One should cultivate garden in the house but in the East or the North direction.
17. The Dining Table should be placed in the West direction.
18. The Wash-basin should be placed in the East direction.
19. The Store-Room for eatables should be Kept in the North-West direction.
20. The Treasure and the Medicines should be Kept in the North direction.
21. The Basement should be constructed in the North or the East direction.
22. The Tenents should be lodged in the North-West direction.
23. Kindle the Jyoti and Fix the Lights facing towards the North or the East direction.
24. Keep your Chair in the shop, office, factory etc. facing towards the North or the East direction.
25. The Shop's face should be towards the North-West direction.
26. Install the heavy Machines in the factory's South or the West direction.
27. If Goods for the sale are kept in the North-West direction of your Shop; they will be sold out quickly.
28. One should not sleep in the North-East direction. It may bring chronic disease. 29. Take food, worship, study, meditate, recite-do all good activities by keeping your face towards the North-East direction.
30. While brushing your teeth keep your face towards the East direction.
31. Dancing Room should be built in the East or the West direction.
32. The Swimming Pool should be constructed in the East or the North direction.
33. The Pillars should be in even Numbers, constructed in the New House.
34. The plot of the house should either Square or Rectangular in shape.
35. Kuber (demi-god of wealth) lives in the North direction; Indra (king of gods) lives in the East direction; Varun (god of water/bondage) lives in the West
direction and Yama (god of death) lives in the South direction; so, the Main Door (Entrance) of the House should neither be in the South direction, nor be in the West direction. Gold, Precious Gems, Cash, Cheque Books, Account Books should be kept in the North direction, it increases the wealth and prosperity.
36. Center of the house is called 'Brahm Isthana', which is the most pious portion of any house. It should be kept open for Sun-light and fresh air, quite neat and clean.
37. One should select the colours for paintig the walls in the different portions of
the house, thus -
East direction- White West direction- Light Blue
South direction- Light Blue or Pink North direction- Orange or Sea Green
North-East direction- Golden yellow
South-East direction- White or Light Blue
North-West direction- White or Light Yellow
South-West direction- Light Yellow or Light Orange.
WHEN TO MOVE IN YOUR NEW HOUSE?
You can move in your New House on these-
Days- Monday (Somvar), Wednesday (Budhvar), Thursday (Brihaspativar) or Friday (Shukravar). One should not move in the New House on Sunday (Ravivar), Tuesday (Mangalvar) and Saturday (Shanivar).
Dates- 2 (Dvitiya), 3 (Tritiya), 5 (Panchami), 6 (Shashthi), 7 (Saptami), 10 (Dashmi), 11 (Ekadashi), 12 (Dwadashi), 13 (Trayodashi) or Full Moon (Purnima).
If the House is faced towards the East direction, you can move in that on the following dates- 5 (Panchami), 10 (Dashmi) or Full Moon (Purnima).
If the House is faced towards the South direction, you can move in that on the following dates- 6 (Shashthi) or 11 (Ekadashi).
If the House is faced towards the West direction, you can move in that on the following dates- 2 (Dvitiya), 7 (Saptami) or 12 (Dwadashi).
If the House is faced towards the North direction, you can move in that on the following dates- 3 (Tritiya) or 13 (Trayodashi).
Months- January-February (Magh Masa), February-March (Phalgun Masa), April-May (Vaishakh Masa) or May-June (Jayeshtha Masa) only.
There is a 2nd option in any case you can move in the New House in the month of October-November (Kartik Masa) or November-December (Margshirsh Masa).

Nakshatras (28 luminous bodies in the heaven or the stars in the lunar path or Asterism in the sky): Uttraashara, Uttra-Phalguni, Rohini, Mrigshira, Chittra or Anuradha only.
One should not move in the New House in these 5 Nakshatras (1. Dhanishtha, 2. Shatbhisha, 3. Purva-Bhadrapad, 4. Uttra-Bhadrapada, 5. Revati). These are called Panchak and bring death, disease, grief, misery, ill-luck, poverty and what not?
One should not enter in the doorless, roofless, incomplete house at the time of Graha-Pravesh (Ceremony on the occasion of first time enterance in the new home).

One should not keep 2 Shivlinga, 3 Ganesha, 2 Conches, 2 Pictures (idols) of Sun-god, 3 Pictures (idols) of Goddesses, 2 Gomati Chakras and 2 Shaligram at the House.
One should not use old and already used bricks, iron, wood, stones and soil in the New House at the time of construction. The wood of these Trees is well-recommended for use-
Saraca asoca Tree (Ashok), Bassia Latifolia Tree (Mahua),
Sal Tree (sakhu), Terminalia elliptica Tree (Asna),
Sandal Tree (Chandan), Cedrus deodara Tree (Devdaru),
Sisama Tree (Shisham), Coomb white teak Tree (Sriparni),
Diospyros malabarica Tree (Tinduki), Artocarpus heterophyllus Tree (Kathal),
Cutch Tree (Khadir), Terminalia arjuna Tree (Arjun),
Shorea robusta Tree (Shaal) and Prosopis cineraria Tree (Shami).
One can attain all wealth, good health, happiness and prosperity if he plants these Trees around his house-




Saraca asoca Tree (Ashok), Night Jasmine (Parijaat)
Magnolia champaca Tree (Champa), Cascabela (Kaner)
Spanish cherry Tree (Moulsiri), Prosopis cineraria Tree (Shami),
Terminalia arjuna Tree (Arjun), Calpphyllum inophyllum Tree (Punnag),
Artocarpus heterophyllus Tree (Kathal), Pandanus tectorius Tree (Ketaki),
Stereospermum suaveolens Tree (Paatal), Coconut Tree (Nariyal),
Mesua ferrea Tree (Nagkeshar), Hibiscus Tree (Adahul),
Bassia Latifolia Tree (Mahua), Banyan Tree (Vat),
Silk cotton Tree (Semal), Medlar Tree (Bakul); and
Shorea robusta Tree (Shaal).



One should not ever plant these Trees in the house-
Indian jujube Tree (Ber), Banana Tree (Kela),
Pomegranate Tree (Anaar), Lemon Tree (Neenbu)
Sacred fig Tree (Piapl) and Burflower Tree (Kadamb)
Or any thorny bushes like; cactus, spiked blackthorn, Bare caper etc.



One should enter in one's New House along with his Kulguru (deity or preceptor of the family) himself or his picture, pictures of Ganesha (son of Lord Siva), Laxmi (Wife of Lord Vishnu, goddess of wealth), Saraswati (Wife of Brahma, goddess of learning); his family, well-wishers, relatives, friends having Kalash (a vessel of Holy water adorned with a coconut) along with him. He must welcome and worship them all. Hari-Kirtana should also be performed and lavish food be served humbly. He ought not forget to distribute gifts to the guests before seeing them off.
